Urban Water Supply and Drainage

We provided heat exchanger equipment for sludge and sewage treatment systems for Beijing Urban Drainage Group Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Urban Drainage Co., Ltd.
In the past four or five years, using precise calculation methods, we have successfully developed heat exchanger equipment that can be applied to sludge treatment systems and sewage treatment systems, including carrier gas condensers, flue gas heat exchangers, and air heat exchangers.
More than 10 sets of equipment, including heat exchangers and heat pipe heat exchangers, are supplied to Beijing Urban Drainage Group Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Urban Drainage Co., Ltd.

Petroleum Chemical Industry

Supply Electrical-driven or Pneumatical-driven condensate water recovery system for PetroChina, Sinopec and some private oil refineries.
In the past seven or eight years, we have supplied dozens of sets of Electrical-driven or Pneumatical-driven condensate water recovery system equipment, air-cooled exchanger system and their supporting control system to PetroChina, Sinopec and some private refineries in Shandong Province, such as Tianjin Petrochemical and Dagang Petrochemical.
The cost effectiveness of those Electrical-driven condensate recovery system is much better than the pneumatic-driven condensate water recovery system in most condition.

Nuclear Power Plant

Design and manufacture the Lead-bismuth medium heat exchanger and the potassium-sodium medium heat exchanger for Nuclear Industry Engineering Research and Design Co., Ltd., Supporting its fast neutron reactor experimental device.
In the past three years, we have provided several sets of the lead-bismuth medium heat exchangers and two sets of the potassium-sodium medium heat exchangers to the fast neutron reactor experimental device of Nuclear Industry Engineering Research and Design Co., Ltd., affiliated to China Nuclear Industry Construction Corporation (CNNC).
It's responsible for the construction of the national lead-bismuth medium and potassium-sodium medium fast neutron reactor experimental device.

Building Heating

Supply boiler exhaust gas condensing heat exchangers for heating enterprises and property management companies in Shaanxi, Hebei, Jilin and other provinces.
In the past four or five years, using the low-temperature water as cold media from the heat pump system, we have successfully reduced the exhaust gas output temperature of natural gas fueled boilers to 20℃.
Previously, the outlet exhaust gas temperature of boilers could only be reduced to 70-80℃.
Thus, by reducing the outlet temperature it could recover a large amount of condense heat from the exhaust gas vapor, making the thermal efficiency of the boiler close to 110%.

Pharmaceutical Industry

We provide customed designed Single Tube Sheet, Double Tube Sheet of Shell and Tube Heat Exchangers for pharmaceutical industries.
In the pharmaceutical industry, we have produced a large number of Single Tube Sheet Shell and Double Tube Sheet Sanitary Heat Exchangers with 8mm OD Heat Exchange Tubes for Shijiazhuang Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd., Beijing Tiantan Biological Products Co., Ltd etc.
As you reduce the OD or ID of heat exchanger tube, it will greatly increase the co-efficiency of heat exchanger, thus it could also reduce its size and weight.
We are steadily pushing forward the usage on Sanitary Heat Exchangers with 6mm OD Heat Exchange Tubes for a better heat exchange co-efficiency.
