1. Features:
The air-to-air heat exchanger uses corrosion-resistant ultra-thin components as heat transfer conductors, and is processed by reinforced stamping undercut technology. It has high strength, good sealing (air leakage rate less than 1%), fast heat transfer, and recovery, high efficiency, easy maintenance, long service life span and other advantages. In addition, the plate exchanger can be arranged and combined arbitrarily in a modular manner to adapt to various heat exchange conditions.
2. Cleaning
It can be directly cleaned with tap water or neutral detergent, which is convenient to use and simple to maintain.
3. Application
① Plate gas-to-gas heat exchangers are mainly used for waste heat recovery and eliminate white vapor in the exhaust.
② Waste heat recovery: heat recovery of exhaust gas from ovens and drying equipment; heat recovery of waste gas from biological processors and fermentation industries; other industrial heat recovery systems.
