Description

Air cooler heat exchanger is suitable for cooling thermal fluids in water-scarce areas. The primary investment of the air-cooled equipment is slightly higher than that of the common water-cooled heat exchanger, but when considering the whole system, the cost in terms of comprehensive investment, subsequent maintenance and usage of the system is significantly lower than that of the water-cooled system.

In order to maximize the interests of our customers, we design and manufacture air coolers with a serpentine tube structure. This elbow structure has much higher-pressure resistance, reliable sealing, easy fabrication, simple and convenient follow-up maintenance, and has excellent cost effectiveness.

Air coolers generally require individual design and calculation according to the parameters provided by the user.

The air cooler is huge in size and sometimes unfavorable for overall transportation. We can design the air cooler to be disassembled and assembled on site according to the actual situation of the user and transportation limitation, thus greatly reducing the difficulty of transportation and lowering the procurement cost of the user.
