Finned Tube Heat Exchanger

Description

Finned tube heat exchanger, mainly used for:

①  Heating of lower-temperature fluids (air or other media of gas) outside the tube.

②  Cooling of higher-temperature fluids (oil, etc.) inside the tube

③  Outside the tube of clean wet air condensation heat exchange.

Finned tubes heat exchanger can be divided into spiral outer fins, longitudinal fins and surface coolers.

Finned tube heat exchangers have higher heat transfer efficiency, more compacted structure, relatively low cost. At the same time, they can meet heat transfer requirements on various industries applications.

The base tube material can be carbon steel, stainless steel, copper, etc., and the fin material can be carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper etc.
